ORDINANCE NO. 'S� (,�/ AN ORDINANCE PERMITTING RIGd-IT TURN ON RED AFTER STOP BE IT ORDAII�tED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That when appropriate signs are erected there- � at, giving notice thereof, vehicles after having stopped and yielded the r�,ght-of-way in obedience to a traffic control device showing a red light may proceed with caution to make a right hand turn in the ' direction indicated at the following intersections: (a) North bound vehicles on Van Dyke Street approaching West Grand Avenue; (b) East bound vehicles on East Pershing Road approach- ing North Broadway; (c) North bound vehicles on North Water Street approach- ing East C�-arfield Avenue ; (d) South bound vehicles on North Main Street approaching Ga rfie ld Avenue; (e) North bound vehicles on North Water Street approaching East C�and Avenue; i (f) South bound vehicles on North M ain Street approaching Gra nd A�e nue ; (g) West bound vehicles on West Eldorado Street approaching North Van Dyke Street ; and (h) Vehicles approaching the intersection of North Monroe Street and West Grand Avenue from either direction on either street.
