_ ,� ° < <br /> � + <br /> ORDINANCE NO, r �� n <br /> RN ORDZNANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE - <br /> HEIGHT AND AREA REQUIREN�NTS <br /> WHEREAS, on the 5th day of August, 1971, after notice as <br /> required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held <br /> a public hearing upon the petition of the Director of the Department <br /> of Community Development to amend th� Zoning Ordinance of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, the same being Ordinance No. 3512, to change and <br /> clarify Section XVIII thereof entitled "Height and Area Requireme nts"; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did recommend that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted and said Section XVIII amended <br /> as in said petition requested. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOI�: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendatio n of the Decatur <br /> City Plan Commission be approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, the same being Ordinance No. 3512, be and the same is hereby, <br /> amended so that as so amended said section shall provide the require- <br /> ments and limitations set out in Exhibit A of two pages hereto attached <br /> and hereby made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein. <br /> Section 3.
