t + r �° v ORDINANCE WO. �7 �� AN ORDINANCE MODIFYING R-3 RESIDENCE DEVEIA PMENT PLArt - HON� PARK MANOR 4TH ADDITION WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of September, 1971, after notice as required by la w and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission ' held a public hearing upon the petition of GERHARD E. FLARIAN AND OTHERS to amend and modify the R-3 Residence Development Plan there- tofore authorized by the Council by Ordinance No. 4195 on May 13, 1968, as to premises in the City of Decatur, Illinois, described as: A part of the Southeast Quarter of Section S, Town- ship 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. , described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 6 of Home Park Manor 2nd Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 1575, page 6 of the Records in the Recorder 's Office of Macon County, Illinois; thence North 1,049.23 feet to a stone at the Northeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter of Sec- tion 5, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P .M. , thence West 696.33 feet along the €�Torth line of said Southeast Quarter Section 5; the nce deflecting to the South 60 degrees 14 minutes 22 seconds for a distance of 425.91 feet; thence deflecting to the East 22 degrees 33 minutes 19 seco nds for a distance of 90.00 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 19 of Home Park Manor 3rd Addi- tion as per Plat recorded in Book 1575 at page 81 of the Records in the Recorder 's Office of Macon County, Illinois; thence Easterly 142.66 feet along the North line of said Lot 19; thence Easterly 276. 14 feet along the North line of Lots 16, 17 and 18 of said Home Park Manor 3rd Addition; thence Southeasterly 321.07 feet along the Northeasterly line of Lots 15 and 16 of said Home Park Manor 3rd Addition; thence Southwesterly 50.00 feet along the Easterly line of Lot 15 of said Home park Manor 3rd Addition to the South- east cornelr of said Lot 15; thence Southeasterly 222.57 feet along the Northerly line of Lots 10 and 11 of said Home Park Manor 3rd Addition; thence Southeasterly 170.42 feet along the Northerly line of Lot 11 of Home Park Manor 3rd Addition and the Northerly line of Lots 4 and 5 of Home Park Manor 2nd Addition; thence East 70.Q0 feet to the place of beginn- ing; and WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its find- ings that the modifications requested as aforesaid did not substantially affect the plan heretofore approved or cause substantial change therein and that the same would not adversely affect adjoining property and that the modifications requested were consistent with the intent and purpose
