• �' <br /> ORDINANCE NO.���� L <br /> ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, on the Sth day of August, 1971, after notice as <br /> required by law and ordinance , the Decatur City Plan Commission held <br /> a public hearing upon the petition of RALPH L. HANDLEY to rezone pre- <br /> mises described as: <br /> Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 in Block 1 <br /> of Fairview Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book <br /> 335, page 519 of the Records in the Recorder's Of- <br /> fice of Macon �ounty, Illinois; <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be denied. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE O�UNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, disapproved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premises be, and they <br /> are hereby, rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 <br /> MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
