M � � � ✓� ORDINANCE NO. �� AN ORDINANCE REDDNING PROPERTY WHEREAS, on the 5th day of August, 1971, after notice as required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of RAYNOR MOTfiL CO. AND OTHERS to rezone a tract of land in the City of Decatur, Illinois, from R-1 SINC�.E FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COI�IERCIAL DIS- TRICT, which said tract is described as set out in Exhibit A here- to attached and hereby made a part hereof as if fully set out here- in; and W1�REAS, the Decatur City Plan Co�mission recommended that the prayer of said petition as to a portion of said described pre- mises be granted and that action under said petition as to the re- mainder of said premises be continued for further investigation and consideration. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission as aforesaid be in part approved and in part disapproved. Section 2. That said described tract be, and the same is hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 CONIl�4ERC IAL DI STR ICT. Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. Section 4. That the zoning of said premises as set out here- . in shall be shown and verif ied on the District Zoning Map as in such Ordinance No. 3512 provided and said districts be, and they are here- by, amended and changed as herein set forth.
