�� 2 Section 2. That the special permit authorized and granted hereby be, and the same is hereby, expressly conditioned as follows: 1. That said premises be developed in accordance with the plot plan aforesaid for residential and incidental uses as shown thereon and none other and that all driveways, entrances, walkways, buildings and othe r structures and improvements be located and landscaped as shown thereon. 2. That streets, curb and gutter, sidewalks, �rater mains, sewers, surface water drains and drainage ways along with grades and con- tours be established and constructed in accordance with plans and dYa w- ings to be furnished by said Corporation to and approved by the Director of Public Works of the City and in conformance with the customary City specifications and standards. 3. That yards, open spaces and recreational areas be develop- ed and constructed as shown on said plot plan. Section 3. That the conditions and limitations set forth in Section XXI. C. 3 & 4 of the Zoning Ordina nce be complied with. Section 4. That the Developer otheru�ise comply with all ap- plicable building, construction, mechanical, zoning and use codes and ordinances of the City in the development of said premises hereunder. Section 5. That said special use permit granted hereby be, and it is here by, made subject to the applicable provisions and require- ments of Ordinance No. 3512, the same being the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur , Illinois, and that the Zoning Map of said City be amen- ded in accordance herewith. � PRESENTED this JD��day of August , 1971.
