<br /> AN ORDINANCE MODIFYING R-5 RESIDENCE DEVELOPN�NT
<br /> PLAN -- NATIONAL BOULfiVARD BANK OF CHICAQO, TRUSTEE
<br /> WHEREAS, on the Sth day of August, 1971, after notice as
<br /> required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held
<br /> a public hearing upon the petition of NATIONAL BOULEVARD BANK OF
<br /> CHICAGO, TRUSTEE, to modify the R-5 Residence Development Plan as
<br /> theretofore authorized by Ordinance No. 4944 as to premises described
<br /> as:
<br /> Lot Nine (9) of Brierwood, a subdivision as per Plat
<br /> recorded in Book 802 at page 98 of the Records in the
<br /> Recorder 's Office of Macon County, Illinois; also,
<br /> beginning at the Northeast corner of the South west Quar-
<br /> ter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 16
<br /> North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. ; thence West 1332
<br /> feet to the Northwest oorner of said Southwest Quarter
<br /> of the Southwest Quarter of Section 19, 616 feet; thence
<br /> East 652 feet; thence North 566 feet to a point 50 feet
<br /> South of the North line of said Southwest Quarter of the
<br /> Southwest Quarter of Section,�19; thence East parallel
<br /> with and 50 feet South of the North line of said South-
<br /> west Quarter of the Southu�st Quarter of Section 19, 680
<br /> feet to the East line of said Southwest Quarter of the
<br /> Southw�est Quarter of Section 19; thence North 50 feet to
<br /> the place of beginning; except the East 20 feet of said
<br /> f ifty foot strip, and a lso except that part of sa id de-
<br /> scribed realty dedicated to Macon County, Illinois, by
<br /> dedication dated May 14, 1936 and recorded in Book 745, page
<br /> 83 of the Records in the Recorde r 's Office of Macon County,
<br /> Illinois, situated in the City of Decatur , County of Macon,
<br /> and State of Illinois;
<br /> and
<br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did repo r� its
<br /> findings and did recommend that the prayer of said petition be granted
<br /> and that the modification of said R-5 Residence Development Plan be
<br /> authorized as requested therein.
<br /> NOW THEREFORfi, BE IT ORDAINED BY THB COUNCIL OF THE CI1Y OF
<br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS:
<br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur
<br /> City Plan Commission be, and the same are here by, received, placed on
<br /> file and approved.
<br /> Section 2. That the aforesaid R-5 Residence Development Plan
<br /> authorized as aforesaid for the developme nt of said described premises
<br /> in accordance �herewith be, and the same is hereby, moclified and peti-
<br /> tione rs, they being the developers of 'sa id premises be, and they are he re-
<br /> by, authorized to construct on the premises aforesaid in the manner set
<br /> out in Exhibit A hereto attached and hereby made a part hereof, the same
<br /> being entitled Timber Cove Apartment Complex Phase II, the streets, side-
<br /> walks, curb and gutter, buildings, sewers, drains and drainage ways, weter
<br /> mains, utilities and parking areas shown thereon in the manner set out
<br /> therein, and said Plan be, and the same is here by, modified and amended in
<br /> accordance there with.
