, � <br /> , • / <br /> ORD INANCE NO. ��S ��5 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RE�NING PROPERTY <br /> W!-IEREAS, on the 5th day of August, 1971, after notice as <br /> required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held <br /> a public hearing upon the petition of SOUTH SHORES DEVELOPMENT COR- <br /> PORATION TO Rezone premises described as follows: <br /> The West 332.8 feet of the South 530.4 feet of the <br /> Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and the <br /> East 330 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the South- <br /> east Quarter, all in Section 26, Township 16 North, <br /> Range 2 Bast of the 3rd P.M. , <br /> from R-1 SINQ.E FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESI- <br /> DENCE DISTRICT; a nd <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY 1HE OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recornmendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premises be, and they <br /> are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-3 <br /> SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DZSTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinar�e, <br /> and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
