, � , • / ORD INANCE NO. ��S ��5 AN ORDINANCE RE�NING PROPERTY W!-IEREAS, on the 5th day of August, 1971, after notice as required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of SOUTH SHORES DEVELOPMENT COR- PORATION TO Rezone premises described as follows: The West 332.8 feet of the South 530.4 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and the East 330 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the South- east Quarter, all in Section 26, Township 16 North, Range 2 Bast of the 3rd P.M. , from R-1 SINQ.E FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESI- DENCE DISTRICT; a nd WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY 1HE OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recornmendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, approved. Section 2. That said above described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DZSTRICT. Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinar�e, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. Section 4. That the zoning of said premises as set out herein shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in such Ordi- nance No. 3512 provided and said districts be and they are hereby amended and changed as herein set forth.
