<br /> CITY OF DECATUR, YLLINOIS.
<br /> WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the
<br /> City of Decatur, Illinois , the sworn petition of SOUTH SHORES DE-
<br /> VELOPA+IENT OORPORATION, requesting that premises described as:

<br /> The West 332.8 feet of the South 530.4 feet of �
<br /> the Southeast Quarter of the Southea�t Quarter �
<br /> and the East 330 feet of the Southeast Quarter
<br /> of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quar-
<br /> ter all in Section 26, Township 16 North, Range ,
<br /> 2 East of the 3rd P.M.
<br /> be annexed to the City of Decatur, Illinois; and
<br /> WHEREAS, it is shown by affidavit that said petition is �
<br /> signed by all af the owners of record of premise5 in said above ;
<br /> described property a nd that there are no electors residing therein; i

<br /> WHEREAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of Decatur, ,
<br /> Illinois, ar,d is not a part of any city, village, incorporated town ,
<br /> or other municipality; and
<br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action on annexatio n of II
<br /> said territory has been given as provided by statute. ,
<br /> NOW ZHEF;EFORE, BE IT C1RI?AIP�IED BY TI� COL'NCIL O� TNE CITY OF
<br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: I
<br /> Section 1. That the said territory hereinabove described be, I
<br /> and the same is he reby, annexed to and is hereby, incorporated into I
<br /> the limits of the City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation.
<br /> Section 2. That a plat of said annexed premises is attached
<br /> hereto and made a part he reof.
<br /> Section 3. That the City Clerk cause certified copies of this
<br /> ordinance to be respectively filed with the County Clerk and recorded
<br /> by the RQcorder of Deeds of Macon County, Illinois.
