That when appropriate signs are erec�ed giv- <br /> ing notice thereof, the driver of a vehicle on East Division <br /> Street approaching North 21st Street from either direction shall <br /> � stop and yield the right-of-way to vehicles on North 21st Street <br /> � which have entere8 the intersection of said streets or which are <br /> ' approaching so closely theret� as to constitute an immediate hazard, <br /> but said driver having so stopped and yielded the right-of-way may <br /> proceed at such ti�e as a saf� interval occurs. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation w�o ahall <br /> violate any of the provisions hereof shall, upon conviction, be <br /> fined not less than One Dollar ($1.00) nor more than Two Hundred <br /> Dollars ($200.00) for each offense . <br /> S�ction 3.
