That pursuant and subject to the provisions <br /> of Chapter 30 of the City Code entitled '"rraffic", when signs or <br /> , markings are placed thereat giving notic� thereof, no person shall <br /> park a �otor vehicle for a continuous period of more than two hours <br /> betw�een the hours of 8 A.M. and 5 P.M. daily except Sundays, on <br /> , either �ide of East Leafland Street betw�een North Main and North <br /> Water Streets. <br /> Section 2. That �ny person, firm or corporation who shall <br /> violat� any of the provisions of this ordinance �hall, upon convic- <br /> tion, be fined not more than One Dollar ($1.00) nor more than Two <br /> Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offen�e. <br /> Section 3.
