. <br /> t ' � <br /> .� <br /> ORDINANCE NO.���_ <br /> AN ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br /> R-2 NURSERY SCHOOL <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of June, 1971, after notice as re- <br /> quired by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Comanission held <br /> a public hearing upon the petition of GLAD TIDINGS ASSEMBLY OF GOD <br /> through The Reverend J. H. Crouch, Pastor, for a special use permit <br /> to operate a day care center or nursery school on the premises in <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois, described as: <br /> The North Half of the South Hal��o�h�h�o�����s�a�uarter (SE4) <br /> of the Southeast Quarter (SE14)/o ection , own- <br /> ship 16 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. , commonly <br /> known as 655 North Mt. 7ion Road; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did recommend <br /> that the prayer of said petition be granted and did file a report of <br /> its findings with th is Council in support of said recommendation. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE �UNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the findings and recommendations of the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission be received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, <br /> an R-2 Special Use Permit to operate a day care center or nursery <br /> school be, and it is hereby, granted to Glad Tidings Assembly of God <br /> Church for the premises aforesaid. <br /> Section 3. That said permit be, and it is hereby, conditioned <br /> as provided in Section XXI. A. 1. (1-6) of the Zoning Ordinance of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, the same being Ordinance No. 3512 as amended, <br /> and upon the further condition that said premises and the day care center <br /> or school operated therein and thereon be licensed by and meet all the <br /> applicable rules and re gulations of the State of Illinois with regard to <br /> such maintenance and operation and further that said facility be used only <br /> for the care of the number of children permitted under the rules and regu- <br /> lations of the State as aforesaid not to exceed in number a total of 97 <br /> children, and further that should said permittee fail to perform any or all , <br />
