TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the City of Decatur, , Illinois, will open and consider sealed bids for the sale fbr cash of premises ownsd by the City of Decatur, Illinois, which ` are now vacant and unused and located in the City of Decatur, Illinois, on the east and v�est sides of South Broadway Street, a short distance south of East Cantrell Street, and more parti- cularly described as: � The PJorth 135 feet, except the West 100 feet of , � the South 20 feet of said North 135 feet of Lot Four (4) of Sangamon Addition to Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 2, page 65b in the Records in the Recorder 's Off ice of Macon County, Illinois; also Lots One (Z), Two (2) and Three (3) of E.
