�+ ��_ L�,� ORDINANCE NO. �t�� AN ORDINANCE ANIBINDING SPECIAL USE PERMIT - FLOWER FARM TRAILER PARK 4d-IEREAS, on the 3rd day of June, 1971, after notice as re- quired by law and ordinance, the�ecatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of MRS. JAMES ATTEBERRY for an amend- ment and modification of a special use permit heretofore ordained by Ordinance No. 4342 on November 23, 1964, for use as a mobile home park of premises described as: The East 270.1 feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of the Northurest Quarter (IVW14) of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section 21, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of thd 3rd P.M. , except the North 161.33 feet thereof; by constructing 3 additional mobile home sites on said premises; and WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its find- ings and did recommend that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TH8 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, the special permit heretofore granted as aforesaid be, and the same is here- by, modified and amended to construct and use 3 additional mobile home sites upon the above described premises. Section 3. That said modified and amended special permit granted hereby be, and the same is he re by, conditioned as provided in Section XXI. A. 1. (m 1-5) of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois, the same being Ordinance No. 3512, the provisions of udzich said section and subsections are here by incorporated into said permit by refer- ence as if fully set out herein. Section 4. That said modified permit be, and it is hereby, fur- ther conditioned that the owner and operator of such mobile home park con- structand maintain the said additional mobile home sites, the same being Sites Nos. 10, 45, and 47, as shown by the Site Plan of said pre mises here- to attached and made a part hereof, said Plan having been prepared by Homer L. Chastain and Associates as Project No. 1658, revised as of April, 1971, provided that the laundry room shown thereon not be constructed, and pro- vided further that the access drive to said Site 47 be constructed 25 feet in width as an extension of the existing 25 foot drive extending along the east lines of Sites 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 29, 31, 33, 35 and 37, and further
