r <br /> . � <br /> . <br /> V <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �5��' �r' <br /> ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of June, 1971, after notice as re- <br /> quired by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a <br /> public hearing upon the petition of GRAND-MAIN REALTY, INC. to rezone <br /> premises described as follows: <br /> Lot Seven (7) of B. Dill 's Subdivision to the <br /> City of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois, as per <br /> Plat recorded in Book 149, Page 47 of the Records <br /> in the Recorder 's Office of Macon County, Illinois; <br /> from R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the <br /> prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE O�UIVCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS; <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premise5 be, and they <br /> are here by, rezoned from R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT to O�1 OFFICE <br /> DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are �hose <br /> districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the <br /> provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth <br /> shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
