D. G. INVESTMENTS, INC. , �o <br /> rezone premises described as follows: <br /> The Northeast Quarter (NE4) of the Northeast Quar- <br /> ter (NE4) of Section 35, Twp. 17 Range 2 East of <br /> the 3rd P.M. , exce pt the North 460' of the East 470' <br /> and that part dedicated for East Mound Road as per <br /> dedication of the North 60' thereof recorded in Book <br /> 1504 at page 71 of the Records in the Recorder 's Of- <br /> fice of Macon County, Illinois; <br /> that Tract A, as shown on the rezoning Plat attached he reto as Exhi- <br /> bit 1 be rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-1 <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD SHO�FPING DISTRICT; that Tract B, as shown on said Plat <br />' be rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 MULTIPLE <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT; and that Tract C as shown on said Plat be rezoned <br /> from R-1 SINQ.E FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-5 T4a0 FAMILY RESIDENCE <br /> 0 <br /> DISTRICT; and <br /> Wf-iEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS; <br /> Section l. That the Recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2. That Tract A as shown on the rezoning Plat attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit 1 be rezoned from R-1 SIN GLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br /> to B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT; that Tract B as shown on said Plat <br /> be rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FRMS�.Y RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 MULTIPLE <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT; and that Tract C as shown on said Plat be rezoned from <br /> � R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-5 T1np FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those <br /> districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City �f Deca- <br /> tur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provi- <br /> sions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall <br /> apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
