� . �/" r . -!J _ / ORD INANCE NO, -� :; =�` ORDZNANCE REZONIIVG PROPERTY WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of June, 1971, after notice as re- quired by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of A. D. G. INVESTMENTS, INC. , �o rezone premises described as follows: The Northeast Quarter (NE4) of the Northeast Quar- ter (NE4) of Section 35, Twp. 17 Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. , exce pt the North 460' of the East 470' and that part dedicated for East Mound Road as per dedication of the North 60' thereof recorded in Book 1504 at page 71 of the Records in the Recorder 's Of- fice of Macon County, Illinois; that Tract A, as shown on the rezoning Plat attached he reto as Exhi- bit 1 be rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHO�FPING DISTRICT; that Tract B, as shown on said Plat ' be rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT; and that Tract C as shown on said Plat be rezoned from R-1 SINQ.E FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-5 T4a0 FAMILY RESIDENCE 0 DISTRICT; and Wf-iEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS; Section l. That the Recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, approved. Section 2. That Tract A as shown on the rezoning Plat attached hereto as Exhibit 1 be rezoned from R-1 SIN GLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT; that Tract B as shown on said Plat be rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FRMS�.Y RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT; and that Tract C as shown on said Plat be rezoned from � R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-5 T1np FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City �f Deca- tur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provi- sions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. Section 4. That the zoning of said premises as set out herein shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in such Ordinance No. 3512 provided and said districts be and they are hereby amended and changed as herein set forth.
