That otherwise subject to the provisions of <br /> Chapter 30 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, the <br /> tvw� hour maximum continuous parking restriction on the following <br /> portions of the following named streets be, and the same is hereby, <br /> removed: <br /> (a) On either side of West Cerro Gordo Street <br /> between North Edward 5treet and North Main Street. <br /> (b) On the North side of East Cerro Gordo <br /> Street between North Franklin Street and North Front <br /> Street. <br /> (c) On the South side of East Cerro Gordo Street <br /> between North Morgan Street and North Maryland Street. <br /> (d) Either side of North Morgan Street between <br /> East Cerro Gordo Street and the Norfolk & Western <br /> Railway right-of-way. <br /> Section 2. That the provisions of all ordinances or parts <br /> of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance <br /> insofar as the same are in conflict with said provisions be, and <br />� <br />
