�. � Y <br /> ORDINANCE NO. : -. � <br /> _� <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING <br /> EAST WOOD STREfiT <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THfi COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS; <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs or markings are <br /> provided giving notice thereof, parking be, and it is hereby, <br /> prohibited on the following portions of East Wood Street: <br /> (a ) On either side of East Wood Street between <br /> South Broadway and South Webster Streets. <br /> (b) On the South side of East Wood Street from <br /> South Webster Street to South 22nd Street. <br /> (c) On the North side of East Wood Street from <br /> a point 115 feet West of the West line of South Maffit <br /> Street East 320 feet. <br /> (d) On the North side of fiast Wood Street from <br /> the fiast line of East Avenue to the West line of South <br /> 16th Street North of East Wood Street. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who <br /> shall violate ar�y of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon <br /> conviction, be fined not less than One Dollar ($1.00) nor more than <br /> Tw�o Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3. That the provisions of all ordinances or <br /> parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance <br /> insofar as the same are in conflict with said provision5 be, and the <br />
