ORDINANCE NO. J'" ; <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING <br /> NORTH CHURCH STREET <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY 1HE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DfiCATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> � Section 1. That when the appropriate signs or markings <br /> ' are provided giving notice thereof, parking be, and it is hereby, <br /> prohibited at all times on the West side of North Church Street <br /> for a distance of 50 feet South of the South line of West Prairie <br /> Street, and on the East side of North Church Street for a distance <br /> of 27 feet South of the South line of West North Street. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who <br /> shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon <br /> conviction, be fined not less than One Dollar ($1.00) nor more than <br /> Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3.
