' <br /> ✓f <br /> ORDI NANCE IVO. ,5 ( <br /> AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY ENfIRELY . <br /> SURROUNDfiD BY THE CITY LIMITS OF DECATUR <br /> WHSREAS, certain unincorporated territory described as follows: <br /> The North 594 feet of the Bast 330 feet; also <br /> the North 20 feet of the 4V�st 330 feet of the <br /> East Half of the Southwest Quarter of the <br /> Northeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 17 <br /> North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. <br /> is wholly bounded and surrounded by the boundaries of the City of <br /> Decatuz , Illinois; and <br /> WHBREAS such territory is less than sixty (60) acres in area; <br /> and <br /> W�ifiREAS, the Council finds that such territory should be <br /> annexed to the said City of Decatur , Illinois; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the cont�mplated annexation of said territory <br /> has b�en given as prov ided by law. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, Bfi IT ORDAINSD BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOZS: <br /> S�ction 1.
