SURROUNDED BY THE CITY LIMITS OF DECATUR � . ` WHEREAS, certain unincorporated terxitory described as follo�vs: � The West Half of the East Half of the East Half I! � of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of ' the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, To�3nship 16 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. is wholly bounded and surrounded by the boundaries of the City of DecatuY , Illinois; and WHEREAS, such territory is less than sixty (60) acres in area; a nd 4�-IEREAS, the Council finds that such territory should be annexed to the said City of Decatur, Illinois; and WI-IEREAS, notice of the contemplated annexation of �aid territory has been given as provided by law. NOW THEREFOI2E, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR� ILLINOIS; Section 1. That said territory or premises above described be, and the same are hereby, annexed to and made a part of the City of �ecatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation. Section 2.
