�, .. . , .� i • , . � ORDINANCE NO. �p lP AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY ENTIRfiLY SURROUNDED BY THE CITY LIMITS OF DECATUR WHEREAS, certain unincorporated territory described as follows: Beginning at a point on the south line of Montgomery Hills First Addition as per Plat recorded at Book 1405 page 69 of the Records in the Recorder 's Office of Macon County, Illinois, 659.19 feet vvest of the east line of the Northvwest Quarter of Section 34, Town- ship 17 North, Range 2 East of th� 3rd P.M. ; thence south 663.10 feet to a point 659.62 feet west of said east line; thence West parallel with the South line of said Northw�est Quarter to a point 1320.1 feet west of said east line; thence north to the southwest corner of said Fir$t Addition; thence east along the south line of said Addition to the place of beginning. is wholly bounded and �urrounded by the boundaries of the City oF Decatur , Illinois; and inHEREAS, such territory is less than sixty (60) acres in area; and Vd�iEREAS, the Council finds that such territory should be annex�d to the said City of Decatur, I1linois; and WHfiREAS, notice of the contemplated annexation of said territory has been given as provided by law.
