, , . . . <br /> . . <br /> ,. , , � <br /> � l <br /> ORDINANCS NO. �' �� l �� <br /> AN ORDINANCE MODIF3fING R-3 <br /> RESIDENCE DfiVfiLAPMENT PLAN - CAMELOT <br /> WHERSAS, on the lst day of April, 1971, after notice as required <br /> by law and ordinance, �he Decatur City Plan Commission held a public <br /> hearing upon the petition of BLApWRD CONSTRUCTION CO, and OTHERS to <br /> modify the R-3 Residence Development Plan as heretofore authorized as to <br /> pre�ises in the City of Decatur,Illinois, described as: <br /> The North West '� of the Sovth West '�; the East � of the <br /> South West �; and the West '� of the South Bast �, all in <br /> Section Twenty-Five (25), Township Seventeen (17) North, <br /> Range Two (2) East of the 3rd P.M., except the following <br /> deseribed tracts: <br /> A) Beginning at the South East Corner of the West <br /> � of the South fiast � of said Section 25, thence West <br /> along the Section line 1836.6 feet; thence North parallel <br /> to the East line thereof, 2114.5 feet; thence fiast paral- <br /> lel to the South line thereof, 1836.6 feet to the East <br /> line of the West '� of said South fia�t '�, thence South <br /> along the Bast line of the West '� of said South fiast 4, <br /> 2114.5 feet to the place of beginning, <br /> B) The North 770 feet of the South 9S0 feet of the <br /> East 175 Peet of the West 812.10 feet of the South Ba st <br /> One-Quarter (4) of the South West One-Quarter (�) of Sec- <br /> tion 25, Township 1� North, Range Two (2) East of the 3rd <br /> P.M. <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings <br /> that the modifications requested as aforesaid did not substantially affect <br /> the plan heretofore approved or cause any substantial change therein and <br /> that the same would not adversely affect adjoi�ing property and that the <br /> same is consistent with the intent and purpose of the original plan and <br /> the intent and purpose of the zoning ordinance and did recommend that the <br /> prayer of said petition be granted and that the modification of said R-3 <br /> Re�idence Development Plan as shown on the plot plan thereof, hereto <br /> attached and he reby made a part hereof, be authorized as requested in said <br /> petition. <br />
