HAMKEL AND OTHERS, to rezone premises describ�d as: The East Half of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 27, Township 17 North, Range 2 Bast of the 3rd P.M., except commencinq at a point 262 feet Bast of the Southwest corn�r of said tract, the nce Nozth 325 feet, thence W�st 137 feet, thence North 30 feet, thence West 105 feet, thence North 965 feet, thence West 20 feet to the Northwest corner of the Bast Half of the SW 1/4 0� the SW 1/4 of Ssection 27, thence South along th� West line of the Bast H�►lf of th� SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 27, 1320 feet, thence Ea�t 262 feet to the place of beginning. froa+ R-1 RfiSIDBNCfi DISTRICT to R-3 RESIDSNCfi DISTRICT; and k�iBREAS, the Dacatur City Plan Commission recomn�nded that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW T1�RSFORE, Bfi IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THS CITY OF I�CATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, approved. Section 2. That said above described preni�es be, and the �ame a re hereby, rezoned from R-1 RfiSIDBNCE DISTRICT to R-3 RESIDENCB DISTRICT. 5ection 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth a nd defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, comnonly known as the Zoning Ordinance , a nd all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirementa therein s�t forth shall apply to the pze�ises above described herein. Section 4. That the zoning of said premises shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in such Ordinance No. 3512 provided. �
