NEELY and OTHERS for the operation of an automobile salvage yard on premises in the , City of Decatur, Illinois , described as: � Part of the South West 1/4 of the North West 1/4 ' of Section One (1), Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Two (2) East of the 3rd P.M. , more particu- larly described as follok�s; Beginning at a point 157.3 ' North and 30' East of the South West corner , of the North West 1/4 of said Section One (1), thence ' North 300' , thence East 791.1' to the Westerly right- of-way line of the Illinois Central Railroad, thence Southwesterly 166.8' along said Westerly right-of-way line to its intersection of the Westerly right-of-way line granted in deed recorded in Book 642 Page 112 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, i Illinois, thence Southwesterly 405.25' along said Westerly right-of-way line, to the North Iine of the Illinois Terminal Railroad Company right-of-way, thence West 329.7' to the place of beginning.
