�- . �t . , �r ! ` "�,i' ORDINANCE Nq. ��7_�,� AN ORDINANCE RE7ANING PROPERTY WHEREAS, on the 4th day of March, 1971, after notice as required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of BARBARA M. NEELY and OTHERS for the operation of an automobile salvage yard on premises in the City of Decatur, Illinois , described as: Part of the South West 1/4 of the North West 1/4 of Section One (1) , Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Two (2) East of the 3rd P.M. , more particu- larly described as f ollows: Beginning at a point 157.3 ' North and 30' East of the South West corner of the North West 1/4 of said Section One (1) , thence ' North 300t , thence East 791.1' to the Westerly right- of-way line of the Illinois Central Railroad, thence Southwesterly 166.8 ' along said Westerly right-of-way line to its intersection of the Westerly right-of-way , line granted in deed recorded in Book 642 Page 112 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, thence Southwesterly 405.25' along said Westerly right-of-way line, to the North line of the Illinois Terminal Railroad Company right-of-way, thence West 329.7' to the place of beginning. (Except coal and minerals underlying the surface of said land and all rights and easements in favor of the Estate of said coal and minerals) . Situated in Macon County, Illinois, containing 4.08 acres more or less, and t�d-IEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did recommend that such permission be granted and said special use permit be issued. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the report and recommendations of the Decatur City Plan Commission be , and the same is hereby, approved.
