BIRT and OTHERS to rezone premises described as: All of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 27, Township 17 North, Range Two East of the 3rd P.M. except the following described tracts: Comme ncing at a point 150.4 ft. south of the northeast corner of said quarter quarter section, thence westerly on a line foxming an angle of 89° 41' to the right a distance of 162 ft. , thence southerly on a line parallel to the east line of said quarter quarter section 291.8 ft. , thence easterly 162 ft. to a point on t he east line of said quarter quarter section which is 291.8 ft. south of the P.O.B., thence northerly along said east line of said quarter quarter section to the P.O.B. ; also; Commencing at an iron pin at the southeast co�ner of said quarter quarter section, ti�ence south 88 11 ' 02" West along the south line of said quarter quarter section, 1318.99 ft to a stone at the southwest corner of said quarter quarter section, thence north O° 11' west along the west line of said quarter quarter section 472.5 f�, to a point, thence east - the line forming an angle of 90 11 ' to the right with the said west line of said quarter quarter section 973.94 f t, to a point, thence north at right angles to the said last line 418.3 ft, to a point, thence east at right angles 345.9 ft. to a point on the east line of said quarter quarter section, thence south a long sa id ea st line 849 ft. to the P.O.B. from R-1 RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-2 RESIDENCE DISTRICT; and 4d-IEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted.
