That pursuant to that certain contract by which <br /> other premises were acquired from Lee Harold Fulk and Roberta K. Fulk <br /> for public purposes to improve that certain highway in the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as North 27th Street, the premises <br /> described as aforesaid should be conveyed to said Lee Harold Fulk <br /> and Roberta K. Fulk, and the deed aforesaid be, and the same is here by, <br /> approved. <br /> Section 3.
