BROWN to rezone premises described as: The North Half of the Bast 72 feet of Lot One of McCaskill 's Addition to the City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 22, Page 44'7 of the Records in the Recorder 's Office of Macon County, Illinois. from R-6 MULTIPLE RESIDBNCE DISTRICT to B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT� and WHBREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commi�sion recomm�ended that the prayer of said petition be in part granted and in part denied in that said Commission did recommend that said premises be rezoned from R-6 MULTIPLE RESIDENCB DISTRICT to O-1 OFFICB DISTRICT, and WHEREAS, said petitioner did consent to such recommendation. NOW THEREFORE, Bfi IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOISt Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commis�ion be, and the sa me is hereby, approved. Section 2. That said above described pYemises be, and the� same are hereby, rezoned from R-6 MULTIPT.E RBSIDENCE DTSTRICT to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT. Section 3.
