. �� <br /> ORDINANCS NO. .� �S � <br /> —T— <br /> ORDINANCS AMBNDING THE CTTY CODB - CNAPTER 30 <br /> PARKING SPACBS RBSBRVBD FOR TRUCKS <br /> BE IT ORUAINBD BY TI� O�UNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Code ot the City of Decatur ,Illinmia <br /> at Chapter 30 entitled Traffic bc, and the same is hereby, amended at <br /> Section 29(b) thereof so that as so amended said section �hall pr�vid�: <br /> (b) Those parking spaces designated by ordinance <br /> as truck parking zon�s, when appropriat� signs ar� <br /> erected thereat giving no tice thereof, shall, <br /> betvu�ren the hours of 6:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. of <br /> each day except Sunday and those holidays des�ig- <br /> nated in this chapter, be reserved for the parking <br /> of sotor vehicles of the s�cond division. During <br /> said time of said days, no vehicle other than a <br /> sotor vehicle of the �econd division shall be <br /> parked or stopped and left standing `in such aones <br /> and motor vehicles of the second division shall <br /> be parked in such zones duYing said time on said <br /> days only when the �arne are being loaded or un- <br /> loaded. Vehicles other than notoz vehicles of the <br /> second division may be parked in said zones after <br /> the hmur of 3:00 �.M. and before the hour of 6:00 <br /> A.M. on each day of the week and at any ti�e on <br /> Sunday� and the holidays aforesaid. The maxiau�r <br /> continuous period that any vehicle shall be parked <br /> in said zones at any time is hereby limited to 30 <br /> minutes. Said zones shall be aetered as provided <br /> in this chapter with meters registering a maximum <br /> time of 30 minutes for each nickel of coin of the <br /> United States inserted therein. <br /> Section 2. That the provision� of all ordinances or part� of <br /> ordinancea in conf lict with th� provisions of this ordinance insofar <br /> as the saae are in conflict with said provisions be,and the sane are <br /> hereby, repealed. <br />
