� - 4 - M. NON-RESIDENTIALt Business, commercial, institutional and industrial and similar uses other than u�e for re�idential purposes. N. OWNER: Any person who jointly or severally has legal title to premises with or without the accompanying actual posse$sion thereof or has charge, care or control of any premises as agent of the owner or as represeatative, trustee or guardian of the estate of the person or f irm having such legal title. RSFUSBs (1) garbage resulting From the handling, processing, canning, freezing, preparation, cooking and consumption of food, and waste from the handling, storage and sale of produce, (2) combustible rubbish, including but not limited to papex, cartons, boxes, barrels, wood, lumbez scrapa and �havings, excelsior, tree branches, yard trim- mings, wood furnituxe a nd bedding, (3) noncombustible rubbish, including but not limited to metals, tin cans, metal furniture, rock and pieces of concrete, gla�s, crockery and other mineral waste, (4) street rub- bish, including but not limit�d to street sweepings, dirt, leaves, catch basin dirt, and contents of litter receptacles, (5) ashe�, including residue from fire� used for cooking and for heating buildings, and (6) solid wastes resulting from building construction and demolition, industrial proces�es and manufacturing operations such as food proces- sing wastes and boiler-house cinder� but refuse does not include earth from building construction or other excavation.
