That the City of Decatur, Illinois approve and join <br /> in the petition aforesaid to annex the above described territory to and <br /> incorporate the same into the limits of the City of Decatur , Illinois. <br /> Section 2. That said territory so described be, and the same is <br /> here by, incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur,Illinois and <br /> is hereby annexed to said City. <br /> Section 3. That a plat of said annexed premises is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> Section 4 .
