� <br /> ..j� , . �% <br /> ORDINANCE NO. s �f,3,� <br /> AN ORDINANCB CHANGING EXISTING PA.RKING RATES <br /> AND SSTABLISHING NEW RATSS FOR A PORTION OF <br /> MVPS LOT #1 <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCII, OF TI� CITY OF �ECATUR, ILLINOISt <br /> Section 1. That in accordance with, and subject to, the appli- <br /> cable provi�ions of Chapter 30 of the City Cod� and the regulations, <br /> rules and p�nalties provided in Ordinance No. 4998, when appropriate <br /> parking meters are installed thereat, those parking spaces provid�d <br /> in Motor Vehicle Parking Sy�tem Lot #1 next and adjacent to the south <br /> line of Bast Wood Street shall be li�ited to a continuous aaximum <br /> parking period foz vehicular parking of two hours and said areas in <br /> said lot be, and they are hereby, designated as 2-hour parking �ones. <br /> Section 2. That parking meters shall be installed in said <br /> zones which shall register not to exc�ed two hours upon the insertion <br /> therein of the proper coin at the rate of not to exceed thirty �inutes <br /> for each nickel, one hour for each dime and two howrs for e�ach quarter <br /> of coin of the United State�. <br /> Section 3. That said meters shall b� used and said ma�ximun time <br /> limit shall be observed betw�en the hours of 8z00 A.M. and 6t00 P.M. on <br /> Tuesday, G�dnesday, Thursday and Saturday of each w�eek and between the <br /> hours of 8;00 A.M. and 9s00 P.M. on Monday and Friday of eatch week �xc�pt <br /> on those holidays specified in Chapter 30 of the City Code. <br />
