2 �i <br /> ORDINANCE NO. ,�y 3 � <br /> AN ORDINANCE AN�NDIIVG CITY CODE <br /> CHAPTBR 30 - TRAFFIC <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THfi COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DBCATUR, ILLIIVUIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois <br /> at Chapter 30 entitled Traffic be, and the same is hereby, amended so <br /> that in lieu of the current provision� thereof, Section 29(c) thereof <br /> shall provide as follows: <br /> (c) Motor vehicles of the second division with more <br /> than 2 axles or greater than 30 feet in overall le ngth <br /> or greater than 8 feet in width are prohibited from load- <br /> ing oY unloading on any �tYeet or alley in the downtown <br /> area on weekdays except between the hours of 9t00 A.M. i <br /> and 3s00 P.M. On Saturdays, such motor vehicles are � <br /> prohibited fron loading or unloading on any street ar <br /> a11ey in said area after the hour of 9:00 A.M. Nothing <br /> herein shall prevent s�uch a motor vehicle from uninter- <br /> uptedly and continaously proceeding in such area during <br /> the hours said loading and unloading is prohibited to <br /> or from an off-street dock or unloading facility where <br /> no part of the vehicle shall projeat into the street I�� <br /> or alley. <br /> Section 2.
