RAY MYSRS AND OTHERS, requesting that premises described as: Beginning at the Northea�t Corner (NS) of the North West Quarter (Nt�) of the North Bast Quarter (NB�) of Section 31, Town�hip 16 North, Range 3 Bast of the Third Principal Meridian; thence North 62 feet more or less to the 5outh right-of-way line of State Aid Route No. 50, thence northaresterly along said South right-of-way line of said State Aid Route No. 50 to a line 478 feet west of and parallel to the Bast line of said North West Quarter (NW�) of the North Bast Quarter (Nfi�) of said Section 31 and said line ex- tended north, thence South along said last described line 956.44 feet to the City of Decatur, Lake Decatur boundary, thence North 50° 50' Bast, 148.6 feet, thence North 80° 50' fiast, 309.8 feet, thence South 48� 34' Sast, 70.7 feet to the Bast line of said North West Quarter (NW�) of the North Bast Quarter (Nfi�) of said Section 31, thence North 685.6 feet to the place of beginning. be annexed to the City of Decatur, Illinois; and WHEREAS, it is shown by affidavit that said petition is �igned by all of the owners of record of premises in said above described property, and by all of the electors residing therein; and WHEREAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of Decatur, Illinois, and is not a part of any City, Village, Incorpozated Town oz Other Municipality; and W�EREAS, notice of intention to take action on annexation of said territory has been given a� provided by statute. NOW THEREFORE, BB IT ORDAINED BY THE OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the said territory hereinabove described be, and the same is hereby, annexed to and is hereby, incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation. Section 2. That a plat of said a nnexed premises is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Section 3. That the City Clerk cause certified copies of this or- dinance to be respectively filed with the County Clerk and recorded by the Recorder of Deeds of Macon County, Illinois.
