That the said territory hereinabove described be, and the same is hereby, annexed to and is hereby, incorp�rated into the lirnits of the City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation. Section 2. That a plat of said annexed premises is attached hereto and m ade a part hereof. ' Section 3.
