NICKELL AND OTHQZS re- questing that premises described as: Lot 12, Prairie Dell Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book 300, page 210 of the Records in the Recorder's Of- fice of Macon County, Illinois; be annexed to .�he City of Decatur, Illinois; and WIHEREAS, it is shown by affidavit that said petition is sign�,d by all of the owners of record of premises in said above described property and by all of the electors residing therein; and WHEREAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of Decatur, Illinois, and is not a part of any City, Village, Incorporated Town or other Mun�.cipality; and WHBREAS, notice of intention to take action on annexation of said terYitory has been given as provided by statute. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE QOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the said territory hereinabove described be, and the same is hereby, annexed to and is he reby, incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation. Section 2. That a plat of said annexed premises is attached here- to and made a part hereof. Section 3.
