NICKELL AND OTH�2S re- <br /> questing that premises described as: <br /> Lot 12, Prairie Dell Addition, as peY Plat recorded in <br /> Book 300, page 210 of the Records in the Recorder's Of- <br /> fice of Macon County, Illinois; <br /> be annexed to .the City of Decatur, Illinois; and <br /> WI�REAS, it is shown by affidavit that said petition is signe,d <br /> by all of the o�v-ners of record of premises in said above described property <br /> and by all of the electors residing therein; and <br /> WHEREAS, said territory is cont iguous to the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, and is not a part of any City, Village, Incorporated Town or other <br /> Municipality; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action on annexation of said <br /> territory has been given as provided by statute. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the said territory hereinabove described be, and <br /> the same is hereby, annexed to and is he reby, incorporated into the limits <br /> of the City of Decatur, IZlinois, a municipal corporation. <br /> � Section 2. That a plat of said annexed premises is attached here- <br /> to and made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3. That the City Clerk cause certified copies of this or- <br /> dinance to be respectively filed with the County Clerk and recorded by the <br /> Recorder of Deeds of Macon County, Zllinois. <br /> � AYES 7 <br /> .
