VERNON 4�� <br /> AND OT�RS requesting that premises described as: <br /> - Lots 29 and 44 of Prairie Dell Addition, as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book 300, page 210 of the Records in the <br /> Recorder 's Office of Macon County, Illinois; <br /> be annexed to the City of Decatur, Illinois; and � <br /> t�IEREAS, it is shown by affidavit that said petition is signed <br /> by all of the owners of record of premises in said above described pro- <br /> perty and by all of the electors residing therein; and <br /> TnkiEREAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, and is not a part of any City, Village, Incorporated Town or <br /> other Muncipality; and <br /> t�kiEREAS, notice of intention ta take act ion on annexation of <br /> said teriitory�has been given as provided by Statute. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE QOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the said territory hereinabove described be, <br /> and the same is hereby, annexed to and is hereby, incorporated into <br /> the limits oP the City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation. <br /> Section 2. That a plat of said annexed premises is attached <br /> hereto and made a part he reof. <br /> Section 3.
