CAMERON <br /> AND OTHcRS requesting that premises described as: <br /> Lot Three (3 ) Ellendale Addition to the City of <br /> Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 646, page - <br /> 278 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois; <br /> be annexed to thF City of Decatur, Illinois; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is shown by affidavit that said petition is <br /> signed by all of the owners of record of premises in said above <br /> described property and by all of the electors residing therein; and <br /> WHEREAS, said terYitory is contiguous to the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, and is not a part of any City, Village, Incorporated Town <br /> or other Municipality; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action on annexation of <br /> said territory has been given as provided by statute. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, SE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE C TTY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section I. That the said territory hereinabove described be, <br /> and the same is hereby, annexed to and is hereby, incorpo rated into <br /> the limits of the City of Decatur, Sllinois, a municipal corporation. <br /> Section 2. That a plat of saic� annexed premises is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3.
