O. B. KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that JAMES L. HUBBARD and JEAN K. HUBBARD, husband and wife, owners of the premises herein- above described by virtue of the doctrine of equitable conversion, HEREBY COVENANT AND AGREE AS FOLLOWS: 1. The premises, to be known as Strawberry Hill Development, shall be developed in accordance with the Residence Development Plan prepared by Harry Caldwell under date of April 13, 1970, a true and exact copy of which plan is on file in the Office of the City Clerk of Decatur, Illinois. 2. That portion of the premises shown on said Plan as "Strawberry Lane" is hereby dedicated to the public for street purposes. 3.
