CITY OF DfiCATUR, ILLINOIS a WHfiREAS, there has been fi led with the City Clerk of the City of Decatur, Illinois, the sworn petition of ROBBRT T. & LENORA B. ROARICK, request in g that premises descri bed as s Commencing at a point 264 feet south of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Town- ship 17 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M., running thence South 164 feet ; thence East 3�0 feet; thence North 164 feet; thence West 330 feet to the place of beginning; be annexed to the City of A�catur, Illinois; and WHERSAS, it is shown by affidavit that said petition is signed by all of the owners of record of premises in �aid above described pro- perty and by a11 of the e�ctoYs residing therein; and in�EREAS, said territoryis contiguous to the City of 1�ecatur, Illinois, and is not a part of any City, Village, 'incorporated Town or Other Municipality; and WHERSAS, notice of intention to take action on annexation of said territory has been given as provided by statute . NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DfiCATUR, ILLINOIS r Section 1.
