QOODRICH AND <br /> MARILYN fi. C�OODRICM, to rezone premises described as: <br /> Lots 4 and 5 in Block 2 of H. W. Waggoners Addi- <br /> tion to the City of 1)ecatur, as per Plat recor- <br /> ded in Book 149, page 163 of the Records in the <br /> Recordex's Office of Macon County, Illinois; <br /> from R-6 Multiple Dwelling District to B-1 Neighborhood Shopping <br /> District; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission Yecommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW THfiRfiFORS, BE IT ORDAINED BY THfi �UNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLII�IS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premises be, and <br /> the same are hereby, rezoned from R-6 Multiple Dwelling District <br /> to B-1 Neigh borhood Shopping District. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions, regula tions, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set foxth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
