-., w . ti' ORDINANCE NO. �`�_.� � AN ORDINANCE A1�NDING SPECIAL USE PERMIT -- " MOBILE HOME PARK -- BAXLEY WHEREAS, this Council has heretofore granted in the manner and form provided by statute and ordinance, a special permit for the construction and operation of a mobile home park on the follow- ing described premises: Lots Four (4) and Five (5) of the Subdivision (For William Bills & Others) of the South Half (�) of Section Six (6), Township Sixteen (16) North, Range 3 East of the 3rd Principal Meridian as per Plat recorded in Book 22, page 149 of the Records in the Recorder 's Office of Macon County, Illinois, except the South 75 feet thereof; and except beginning at a point seventy-five (75) feet north of the southwest corner of said Lot Four (4); thence North 1520.08 feet; thence North 90 degrees 26 minutes 44 seconds East 503.54 feet to the west line of 35th Street extended North; thence south 1520.08 feet (more or less) to a point 75 feet north of the so uth line of said Lot 4; thence West 503.54 feet to the point of beginning; except also the north 1,055.3 feet of said Lots Four ('i4) and Five (5) , containing 45.739 acres more or less, situated in the County of Macon and State of Illinois ; and WHEREAS, since said date all three phases of the construc- I tion of said park have now been completed; and WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of July, 1970, after notice as re- quired by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon a petition of JOHN R. BAXLEY AND �THER S , for a modification of said special permit to increase the size of i the building which is a part of the recreational facilities for , the tenants of said park and also to add 15 additional mobile home sites thereto; and WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR� ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, approved. Section 2. That the special permit heretofore granted as aforesaid be, and the same is hereby, modified as set out above herein and as shown on the plot plan hereto attached and made a part hereof entitled "The Four Rays I`'lobile Home Park Revision of June, 1970 prepared by Homer L. Chastain & Associates. "
