� ' / <br /> ORDINANCE NO. ���� <br /> AN ORDINANCE RE�NING PROPERTY <br /> i�-IEREAS, on the 2nd day of July, 1970, after notice <br /> as required by law and ordinance , the Decatur City Plan Com- <br /> mission held a public hearing upon the petition of DEAN S. ROBY <br /> AND OTH�RS to rezone premises described as: <br /> Lots 8, 9 and 10 of Syndicate Addition to the <br /> Cit y of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book <br /> 149, page 131 of the Records in the Recorder 's <br /> �ffice of Macon County, Illinois; <br /> from R-5 TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended <br /> that the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS; <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premises be, and <br /> the same are hereby, rezoned from R-5 TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DIS- <br /> TRICT to O-1 OFFIC� DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned <br /> are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 <br /> of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and <br /> requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above <br /> described herein. <br /> Section 4.
