� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. ��,3/ <br /> AN ORDINANt� REGULATING PARKING ON A <br /> PORTION OF NORTH PARK ST REET <br /> AND A PORTION OF SOUTH PARK STREET. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That in accordance with, and subject to, <br /> the applicable provisions of Chapter 30 of the City Code, when <br /> appropriate parking meters are installed thereat, vehicular park- <br /> ing on the south side of North Park Street between North �7anklin <br /> Street and North Water Street and on the north side of South Park <br /> Street betw�een North FYanklin Street and North Water Street shall <br /> be permitted and shall be limited to a continuous maximum period <br /> of 2 hours, and said areas be, and they are hereby, designated 2 <br /> hour parking zones. <br /> Section 2. That parking meters shall be installed in said <br /> � zones which shall register not to exceed 2 hours upon the inser- <br /> tion of the appropriate coins at the rate of 1/2 hour for each <br /> nickel, 1 hour for each dime, and 2 hours for each quarter of coin <br /> of the United States. <br /> Section 3. That said meters shall be used and said maximum <br /> time limit shall be observed between the hours of 8� A.M. and 6 P.M. <br /> r Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday of each week and the hours <br /> of 8 A.M. and 9 P.M. on Monday and Friday of each week except upon <br /> those holidays specified in said Chapter �0 of the City Code. <br /> Section 4.
