., - ``;. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 5����.L�-- <br /> AN ORDZNANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of July, 1970, after notice <br /> as required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Com- <br /> mission held a public hearing upon the petition of HAROLD C. <br /> TRAUGHBER to rezone premises described as: <br /> Lots 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 121, 122, 123 <br /> 124, 125, 126, 127, 128, 129, 130, 131, and <br /> 132 of Dodson's Second Addition to Decatur, <br /> as per Plat recorded in Book 335 page 218 of <br /> the Records in the Recorder 's Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois; <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M_1 LIQ-IT INDUSTRIAL <br /> DISTRICT; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended <br /> that the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premises be, and <br /> the same are here by, rezone d from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DIS_ <br /> TRICT to M-1 LIC�iT ZNDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance <br /> and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
