That said permit be, and the same is hereby, <br /> further conditioned that the owner and operator of such mobile home <br /> park construct, use and maintain the same as is shown by the two <br /> page plot plan thereof hereto attached, marked EXhibit A, pages 1 <br /> and 2 and made a part hereof with all improvements, lot lines, streets <br /> and utilities supplied and implaced as thereon shown and in addition <br /> thereto a system of drains sufficient and adequate to properly carry <br /> off surface and storm water be constYucted in accordance wi.th plans <br /> which shall be submitted to and approved by the Director of Public <br /> Works of the City, and further that said described premises be used <br /> only as a mobile home paxk and for no other purpose and further that <br /> in the construction, maintenance and op�era�tion of said mobile home <br /> park said premises comply wa.th and abide by all rules, regulations, <br /> ordinances and laws of the City of Decatur and the State of Illinois <br /> or either of them applicable to such construction, maintenance and <br /> operation of a mobile home park and further that if at any time should <br /> said premises not be licensed by the State of Illinois for use as a <br /> mobile home park, this permit and the zoning hereby granted shall cease <br /> and terminate and said premises shall automatically revert to the R-1 <br /> Single Family zoning classification and further that the Council may, <br /> by ordinance, teYminate said special permit and cause said premises to <br /> revert to said R-1 zoning classification upon the failure or violation <br /> of any of the conditions in this oYdinance expYessed or referred to. <br /> Section 6. That the zoning districts and other provisions <br /> of the 2oning OYdinance referred to herein are those classifications <br /> and provisions set out in the Zoning Ordinance of the City of DFcatur, <br />
