That for the purpose of said special per- mit the premises described in Gection 2 hereof be, and the same are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT. Section 4. That said special permit granted hereby be, and the same is hereby, conditioned as provided in Section XXI . A,1 (m 1-5} of the 7oning Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois, the provisions of which said section and sub--sections are he reby incorporated into said permit by reference as if ful- ly set out therein. Section 5. That said permit be, and the same is hereby, further conditioned that the owner and operator of such mobile home park construct, use and maintain the same as is shown by the two page plot plan thereof hereto attached, marked EXhibit A, pages 1 and 2 and made a part hereof with all improvements, lot lines, streets and utilities supplied and implaced as thereon shown and in addition thereto a system of drains sufficient and adequate to properly carry off surface and storm water be constYucted in accordance wi.th plans which shall be submitted to and approved by the Director of Public Works of the City, and further that said described premises be used only as a mobile home paxk and for no other purpose and further that in the construction, maintenance and op�era�tion of said mobile home park said premises comply wa.th and abide by all rules, regulations, ordinances and laws of the City of Decatur and the State of Illinois or either of them applicable to such construction, maintenance and operation of a mobile home park and further that if at any time should said premises not be licensed by the State of Illinois for use as a mobile home park, this permit and the zoning hereby granted shall cease and terminate and said premises shall automatically revert to the R-1 Single Family zoning classification and further that the Council may, by ordinance, teYminate said special permit and cause said premises to revert to said R-1 zoning classification upon the failure or violation of any of the conditions in this oYdinance expYessed or referred to. Section 6. That the zoning districts and other provisions of the 2oning OYdinance referred to herein are those classifications and provisions set out in the Zoning Ordinance of the City of DFcatur,
