P. rezoning petition along :aith a <br /> Special �Use Perrnit r�guest to allow the development of the subject <br /> tract as a mobile izome park have been filed with tne City Clerk's <br /> � Office. Hence, the primary reason for requesting annexatian is to <br /> obtain the basic municipal services for said proposed developm�nt. <br /> The follo��ing inforr,lation has been comniled regarding the pro- <br /> posed annexation of the subject tract: - <br /> 1. As reported by the S�later �epartr�ent, a 12-inch <br /> water main frorn ti•iliich extensions could be made <br /> to aclequately serve the tract is located at the <br /> intersection of Greens�rritch anci ;ast l�:ound Road. <br /> The developer of the tract would be responsible <br /> for the installation of these new �vater mains. <br /> 2. The Fire Department noted that fire hydrants are <br /> not presently available uritliin 500 feet of all <br /> parts of the area; however, suvject to t?�e in- • <br /> stallation of e�ater mains and hyclrants uPon de- <br /> velopment, said Department foresEes no potential <br /> firs hazarc3s or service pro;�lens. <br /> 3. The Engir�eering Division reports the location of <br /> an interceptor sec��er at tne intersection of <br /> Greesnc•:itch an�1 East 2�ound Roads ; extensions <br /> from saic� se�-aer could be made �o adeguately serve <br /> the tract. The inst�allation of these s�wers ���ould <br /> be the responsibility of tlie developer. The <br /> petitioner' s attorney is proceeding �,�ith the necessary <br /> steps to annex the subject tract to the Decatur � <br /> Sanitary District. ' . <br /> 4 . The Street Department reports an estinzated annual <br /> expense of $295.00 to seal coat those streets witliin <br /> the area; an additional e.�nense of $30.00 caould be <br /> encounterec� for the purchase of two street signs. <br />
