Nickey's 3rd $hore Acres Addition ta the City of Decatur, Illinois, as per plat recorded in Book 300, Page 106, of the R+ecords in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and Lots 1 through 5, inclusive of F. Shivley's Subdivi- sion of Lot 47 of Moses A� Nickey's 2nd Shore Addi- tion to the City of D�catur, Illinois, as per Plat recorded in Book 958, Page 62 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and L.flts 48, 49, 50, arxi S1 of 1►�ses A. Nickey's 2nd Shore Acres �dition to the City of Decatur as per plat recorded in Book 536, Page 7 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macun County, Illinois; from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-3 SINGLE FANQLY RfiSIDENCE DISTR ICT; and i�hIEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petiti on be granted.
